Going away party for Libby

The cubby hole

This past weekend we headed to Kanarra to get away for a bit.  We wanted to drywall and paint the cubby hole.  (Ryan did the worst drywall job ever, but it's drywalled and painted... good enough.)  I have been wanting to make it a fun place for my kids to play.  We cut a mattress to put on the bottom and we put stick up battery powered lights.  

They have a blast in there!  I can only think that Granny must be rolling over in her grave because we weren't allowed to play in there when we were kids!

Anisa Knows How to Throw a Party

Anisa always throws the best parties.  New Years was so fun, and I think Mom and I both wet our pants playing/watching the minute to win it games.  I'll let the pictures speak.  Anisa, thanks for always throwing a great party!!!
